This territory is so special thanks to the culinary tradition, the hospitality, the cordiality, the warmth of the people, the “zero-km” raw materials such as fish coming from the Adriatic sea, the grains and vegetables, the fruit from the orchards, the animal farms for poultry, beef, sheep and pork.

In Romagna we found – and still find – what we need to make our recipes with top quality ingredients.

With MioFido we want to go back to the years when we used to dedicate body and soul to preparing our meals by hand, as our dear grandmothers taught us.

Today, thanks to those teachings, we prepare every single meal by hand, as they did for fruit preserves, vegetables, tomatoes and sauces of all kinds.
